After my dryer broke, I called Sears to schedule an appointment for repair. First I was pressured to buy a warranty. Then they couldn’t give me an appointment for 2 weeks. And their service call was very expensive. I started looking for another option and found Raleigh Appliance Repair. They offered to come the same day. But I was really busy that day, so they came the next morning and repaired my washer within 30 minutes. I could not be more pleased! It is rare to find service like that these days. I have an old 1950s O'Keefe & Merit range and I love it; it just needs a bit of tinkering now and then. I searched for a oven repair service on Sunday night after 8:00 pm. This company was the only one with good recommendations from customers. I called and requested service for Monday late morning to afternoon and they set an appointment for between 9 am and 12 pm on Monday. The tech arrived at 10:40. My oven was fixed for a very reasonable price in 40 minutes. I would definitely use these guys again.

My call was answered right away and they set me up with appointment for that same day. The technician, who came on time, inspected the washer and provided an estimate which was very reasonable and the job was done the same day. After finding my washer not spinning in the morning, by 4 p.m. in the afternoon the washer was in perfect working condition. When my refrigerator quit working, I was in danger of losing all of my frozen foods, so I called Raleigh Appliance Repair. They very kind over the phone, and despite it being after hours on a Saturday, they said that they would be right out to fix my refrigerator. Considering it was a weekend and there was no extra charge, it was unheard of to me in my 75 years. The technician arrived and was very professional and well-groomed. He gave me a written estimate and got my approval to perform the repair; then he fixed my refrigerator that same day. I asked him if he knew how to fix walkers because mine broke months ago, which had made it impossible to walk to the grocery store for two months. He told me he had never done it, but he would be happy to take a look. Sure enough, he was able to fix my walker as well and told me there was no charge!! What a gentleman and a credit to the service industry, which I have seen go downhill in my 70 years. Thank you Raleigh Appliance Repair!!!

Mike came out Monday morning after I called him Sunday evening to repair our oven. I have to say we've never received such excellent service as we did with him. He was professional, courteous and very, very reasonable.
I have a cookie business and had about 25 dozen cookie orders to fill this week...needless to say, my oven needed to be fixed quick! I'd still be baking cookies in my little countertop convection oven had it not been for Mike coming out so fast!
